Deal Room
The G+T Online Deal Room is a web-based collaboration program designed to manage complex document-intensive transactions more efficiently. This program provides access to a private, secure area of the Gilbert + Tobin document management system. It enables clients to manage, search, view and launch, by keystroke, a range of options including:
- Document templates
- Transaction documents with version control and prescribed security
- Transactions by category
- Transaction status, and
- Review date.
