Gilbert + Tobin is pleased to announce its advisory role on the successful establishment of Anchorage Capital Partners Fund IV (the Fund). The Fund focuses on opportunities in the special situations and turnaround investment segment. The Fund, having already deployed capital and reached the target of $500m at final close, has a portfolio currently containing David Jones, Access Community Health, and Evolve Education.

Anchorage Capital Partners are a specialised private equity firm, headquartered in Australia and New Zealand and with a history of PE investments in the Asia Pacific Region for over 25 years.

The G+T team was led by Investment Funds partner Nathan Cahill, with support from lawyers Logan O’Brien, Joshua Holmes, Michelle Shen and Eden Christopher.
