G+T has advised private equity firm Pemba Capital Partners Pty Ltd (Pemba Capital) on its proposed acquisition of an interest in ONCALL Group Australia (ONCALL), the Community Service Organisation specialising in providing staff and services in the Disability, NDIS and Child Youth and Family Services Sector.

Founded in 2005, ONCALL is now one of Victoria’s biggest providers of specialist services in the sector, employing over 1700 specialist care workers across more than 3,000 sites in Victoria. Pemba Capital has entered into an agreement to partner with the founders of the business, Anna and Robert Fleming.
