Our services
The TMT Transactions practice at Gilbert + Tobin is a team of lawyers with complimentary skills and experience primarily working for clients on technology-rich corporate transactions, complex commercial matters, venture capital transactions and major projects.
The team combines outstanding experience in corporate law with the disciplines from the technology and major projects environments to tackle the most complex corporate and commercial transactions undertaken today.
We advise on corporate contracts of every kind, working on a broad range of deals. These include large corporate transactions where technology or other in-depth industry expertise is required, complex commercial transactions relating to the exploitation of technology, major projects, venture capital transactions (spanning the full life cycle of venture capital funds) and media/content related transactions.
We also work with our clients on more ‘day-to-day’ requirements such as corporate governance; software licensing and advising on issues relating to ongoing contract management and enforcement.
The lawyers in this practice pride themselves on being experts in the telecommunications, media, technology and related industries; we speak the language, we are already “up to speed” and we are ready to roll our sleeves up to get the job done.
