Jordan Kent, Lawyer
Jordan is a lawyer in Gilbert + Tobin’s Corporate Advisory group.
His practice involves advising on corporate and securities law issues, with a focus on merger and acquisition transactions as well as the establishment of private equity funds.
Jordan has also spent time working in the firm’s Competition and Regulation Group, where he provided advice to organisations in the telecommunications, banking and resources sectors in relation to regulatory issues and applications for merger clearance.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) from the University of Sydney. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2010.
