The Banking + Infrastructure group is extending its practice by recruiting bank lawyers at a senior level.
Nicola Clayton, formerly special counsel at MinterEllison, has joined as special counsel in the Sydney office.
Nicola is an expert finance lawyer with over 15 years’ experience and has a deep understanding of all types of banking and finance matters, with a particular specialisation in real estate finance.
Providing structuring, legal, strategic and risk management advice to some of Australia's largest organisations, both public and private, Nicola has advised lenders (bank and non-bank), sponsors, developers and corporates on a range of multi-million dollar real estate finance transactions across the full suite of real estate asset classes.
