Matti Bechler

Matti is a special counsel in Gilbert + Tobin’s Real Estate group.

Matti specialises in real estate investment, conveyancing and development. She has broad experience in all aspects of Victorian, NSW and ACT property-related law including site acquisition, due diligence, development, management, financing, leasing and sale of properties.

Matti also has experience in acting for mortgagees and receivers and managers selling commercial buildings and residential developments, and has acted for financial institutions on a range of structured and project finance transactions.
