G+T is proud to announce it has advised Jennmar Holdings LLC and its Australian subsidiaries (Jennmar) in relation to its APAC expansion through the acquisition of a majority stake in Australian Steel and Wire and its Malaysian sister company, Dynamic Mesh & Wire Industries. 

For more than 20 years, Jennmar, a global family-owned company has developed and manufactured a complete range of high-quality ground control products for the mining, tunneling and civil construction industries.

The expansion is pivotal for Jennmar’s Australian operations. This strategic advancement promises heightened innovation and value creation, where Jennmar will continue to build on its wire mesh expertise and the expansion of its offering of wire mesh and related products across APAC, Europe, and North America.

The G+T team was led by special counsel Lloyd Chater, supported by lawyers Christina Amodeo, Dylan Gaymer and Olivia Watson, with specialist support from partner Amanda Hempel and lawyer Chris Tohme. 

The team received excellent support on Malaysian law matters from Skrine, including Samson Kong Kien Ngiap and Fariz bin Abdul Aziz.
