The transition to the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) from the ACLEI

On 19 June 2023, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Rules 2023 (Rules) and the National AntiCorruption Commission (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2023 (Regulations) came into force. The Rules and Regulations may be relevant to you if any government entities you work with are being or have been investigated by the Australian Commission for Law Enforcement Integrity (ACLEI).
