Gilbert + Tobin is pleased to announce that partner Luke Woodward has been named Competition, Trade and Regulation Partner of the Year at the 2016 Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year Awards held in Sydney last night.

The awards recognise excellence in the law and are judged by a panel of experts in the legal profession.

Luke leads Gilbert + Tobin’s Competition and Regulation team, and is consistently ranked as an industry leader across multiple peer review guides including Chambers Asia-Pacific and Legal 500 Asia-Pacific. He is currently advising Qube and leading the Qube/Brookfield consortium in seeking ACCC clearance for the proposed joint consortium acquisition of Asciano Limited for $9.05 billion.
