Gilbert + Tobin is pleased to have advised Tilt Renewables on the financing of its newest wind farm development, Salt Creek, a 55 megawatt project in south west Victoria.

Salt Creek is the first wind farm developed by Tilt Renewables since its demerger and listing in New Zealand and Australia in 2016, and was financed by utilising one of its existing corporate facilities. This allowed Tilt Renewables the flexibility to develop the project on a merchant basis.

We are delighted to have assisted Tilt Renewables with its continued expansion into the Australian renewables market.
