Gilbert + Tobin today announced that leading litigator Richard Harris is to join the firm.

Richard specialises in significant and complex corporate disputes and regulatory investigations. He has been involved in a wide range of substantial litigation in most Australian superior jurisdictions, including the High Court. His most recent high profile case is the Bank Bill Swap Rate litigation.

Richard joins Gilbert + Tobin from Allens, where he has been a Partner and Sector Lead – Banks & Financial Institutions. He will join G+T from February 2018.
