Penny Swain joins Gilbert + Tobin today, bringing over 25 years' experience acting for clients on construction and infrastructure projects and disputes.
Banking + Infrastructure lead partner, John Schembri, said he was delighted to welcome Penny as a Consultant to the Banking + Infrastructure group.

Previously at MinterEllison and King & Wood Mallesons, Penny is currently recognised as a leading lawyer by Best Lawyers in the Construction/Infrastructure Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice areas.
She joins high profile Infrastructure partners Tony Holland, Simon Lynch and Alexander Danne in G+T’s Melbourne offices, and will also work closely with the Sydney Infrastructure team.
Penny’s appointment follows the recent additions of M&A partner Costas Condoleon, Energy + Resource partner Philip Edmands, resources and native title litigator Marshall McKenna and property and construction partner Steven Mackay to Gilbert + Tobin’s team.
