Rachel has extensive experience advising a diverse range of clients, including major banks, private credit market participants, banking service providers and aggregators. Her knowledge spans National Consumer Credit Protection Act and National Credit Code compliance, BNPL products, commercial credit and credit-related licensing, as well as industry code compliance and regulator engagement. Rachel’s proven ability to guide clients through complex regulatory landscapes, set up new lending operations and provide strategic advice on product development further strengthens G+T’s capabilities in this area.
