Gilbert + Tobin is thrilled to be named Outstanding Law Firm of the Year at the NSW Women Lawyers Achievement Awards 2017.

The Award recognises the firm’s commitment to the advancement of women within the legal profession through the implementation of policies such as flexible work arrangements, parental and family leave, gender equity in partnership and managerial roles, observance of the Equitable Briefing Policy and the Charter for the Advancement of Women in the Legal Profession, and mentoring.

Employment Partner Dianne Banks said she is delighted Gilbert + Tobin received the award.

“We’re thrilled to receive the award for Outstanding Law Firm of Year and to be recognised for our important work around gender equality,” Dianne said.

Gilbert + Tobin is a member of the Diversity Council of Australia and has been named an Employer of Choice for Women by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) since 2013.
