Gilbert + Tobin has received an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality citation from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) for the third consecutive year.
The citation encourages, recognises and promotes an active commitment to gender equality both in Australian workplaces and as a business imperative.
Gilbert + Tobin has received the citation every year since its commencement in 2013. This year saw an increase in the range of recognised organisations and the strength of the criteria. Reflecting the high standard of practice and leadership required, these criteria were developed in consultation with leading academics in workplace gender equality and current citation holders.
Gilbert + Tobin’s Head of People, Robyn Whittaker, said she was delighted that the firm is being recognised again as it reflects the firm’s strong and ongoing commitment to leading gender performance and diversity.

Gilbert + Tobin has a long history of being recognised for its approach to diversity, with The Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency (EOWA) officially naming the firm as an Employer of Choice for Women in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
