Ashleigh is a consultant admitted in South Africa, not admitted in Australia, in our Corporate Advisory group.

Ashleigh specialises in mergers and acquisitions, advising clients across all sectors with a particular focus on private equity. She also advises on inbound investments into Australia, corporate restructurings, venture capital transactions and joint ventures. Ashleigh regularly advises financial sponsors, investors and corporates both in relation to M&A transactions and commercial matters.
