Biography
Cathy is a lawyer in our Technology and Intellectual Property group.She advises on a wide range of complex commercial and technology matters, including large-scale technology projects and cybersecurity issues. Her practice includes advising on technology, data and privacy issues of strategic M&A transactions.
Cathy also has experience in complex litigation, contractual disputes, regulatory investigations, royal commissions, arbitration, class actions and due diligence matters.
