Biography
Elouise is a lawyer in our Financial Services Regulatory group.With extensive experience in consumer and commercial credit, Elouise advises clients across a wide range of lending sectors and products, including home loans, personal loans, credit cards, Islamic finance and small business and commercial lending.
Elouise's expertise spans a broad array of credit-related matters, including licensing and structuring, standard form loan documentation, origination arrangements and distribution. She is skilled in navigating the complexities of electronic communications, digital signing and e-conveyancing, as well as breach reporting and consumer remediation. Elouise also works closely with key regulators and industry bodies, such as ASIC, AFCA, APRA, AUSTRAC and the OAIC, and assists clients with compliance with industry codes like the Banking Code of Practice, Customer Owned Banking Code of Practice and ePayments Code.
In addition, Elouise frequently advises clients on regulatory changes in the financial services sector and has significant experience in setting up new lending programs.
