Biography
Emanuel is a special counsel in our Banking and Finance group.He has over a decade of experience advising sponsors, corporate borrowers and financiers (including institutional banks and credit funds) on complex domestic and cross-border financing and restructuring transactions. Emanuel’s practice encompasses corporate, real estate and project finance, including acquisition and development finance, investment real estate lending.
Emanuel is recognised for delivering clear, commercially grounded, decision-ready advice under tight time pressures and for his ability to integrate legal strategy with client business imperatives. He draws on experience working closely with in-house legal, origination and operational teams to navigate multi-stakeholder transactions, bespoke risk allocations and time-critical executions with a practical focus on outcomes, risk and value.
