Biography
Greg is a lawyer in our Banking and Finance group.He advises sponsors, corporates and bank and non-bank lenders on leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate and fund finance transactions across a range of sectors.
Greg is also admitted as an attorney of the New York Supreme Court (1st Judicial Department). He previously practised at leading law firms in New York, where we advised on a broad range of financing transactions for both lender and borrower clients.
