Biography

Henry is a lawyer in our Corporate Advisory group and strategy transformation lead in our G+T Innovate team.

He advises on private and public mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and foreign investment matters. Henry also leads strategic projects for G+T and its clients, with a focus on artificial intelligence and legal transformation.

Before joining G+T, Henry worked as a strategy consultant and as a lawyer in Australia and the United Kingdom.

He advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in private capital, financial services, energy, and professional services.
