She specialises in complex commercial litigation and regulatory investigations. Jodi advises clients across a range of sectors including energy, financial services, private capital, professional services and technology.

Jodi has extensive experience in large-scale disputes, including some of the most high-profile disputes in Australia and internationally. She advises and represents clients in complex, multi-party, cross-boarder disputes, domestic and foreign regulatory investigations, regulatory enforcement action, arbitrations, intellectual property litigation, coronial inquiries and class action disputes, including shareholder, securities, product liability and insurance coverage claims.
Drawing on her experience acting for plaintiffs and defendants, Jodi provides pragmatic and commercial advice.

Jodi has represented clients before the Federal and Supreme Courts of Australia, including at appellate level and before the High Court of Australia. She is also admitted as an attorney before the First Judicial Department in the State of New York, USA.
