Matt is a lawyer in our Banking and Projects group.He advises borrowers, lenders and sponsors on energy and infrastructure, renewables, real assets and social infrastructure finance transactions.
Matt has extensive experience in project finance and real estate finance, including developing and adapting structures for social infrastructure, renewable and real asset sectors.
He has more than 10 years of experience in banking and finance, having worked in Australian and the United Kingdom.
