Anna Smyth

Anna is a partner in Gilbert + Tobin's Tech + IP group specialising in Intellectual Property. She has a focus on IP commercialisation and transactions associated with the development of new technologies. 

Anna advises clients across a wide range of sectors including life sciences, FMCG, technology and financial services. Her experience includes IP joint ventures, R&D agreements, patent and technology licensing, brand licensing, and complex IP settlement agreements. 

Anna has a Bachelor of Law (Double First Class Hons) and a Masters of Law from the University of Cambridge, England.
