G+T Centre of Public Law
As principal sponsor of the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law at the University of NSW, we are proud to support an independent organisation that plays a prominent role in stimulating debate on issues vital to Australia’s future. The Centre is a focal point for research and discussion about important questions of public law, including a bill of rights, the reconciliation process, constitutional reform and the question of an Australian republic.
Led by respected academics, the Centre reaches out to thought leaders in the profession, the media and the public at large. Its activities span the full spectrum of public law, ranging from administrative and constitutional law to human rights, indigenous issues and electoral law. The Centre fosters change through high-quality research, constructive community leadership and the highly visible platform it provides for key participants.
