Recruitment process

1. Apply online
Submit your online application, including your CV, transcript and responses to screening questions.
2. Online testing
If shortlisted, you'll be invited to complete an online assessment.
3. Assessment centre
Take part in interviews and group activities. You'll also be matched with a G+T buddy (a recent grad or clerk) to help you feel at home and answer your questions.
4. Final interviews and catch ups
Meet with partners in a second round interview. You'll also reconnect with your buddy for a casual catch-up to reflect on the experience.
5. Pre-offer event
Finalists are invited for a relaxed celebration with the G+T team before clerkship offers are made.
