Our services

  • Sales and acquisitions: We regularly advise on the sale of many commercial, retail and industrial properties, including multi-tenanted properties.  We focus on risk to our client and how that risk can be managed to protect value on acquisition and a clean exit on sale.
  • Leasing: We act for both landlords and corporate tenants in leasing negotiations. We undertake portfolio leasing for landlords in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors and understand the importance of maintaining efficient processes to keep the leasing process cost effective and as consistent as possible across an asset. We understand the market balance between landlord and tenant risk and protection.  Many of our leasing matters are development matters for landlord construction of special purpose or tenant specific premises with long term leases.
  • Developments and property joint ventures: We undertake a broad range of development work, both for the developer and other stakeholders in the development process. We work closely with our environment and planning team to address risks arising in the development process.
  • Infrastructure: We have extensive expertise in relation to large infrastructure transactions and projects.  These projects include the acquisition, disposal and development of infrastructure assets in various sectors including ports, airports, energy, health and education.

Complementing our Real Estate + Projects team, our Environment, Planning and Climate Change team advises clients in relation to planning and environmental law issues to help our clients meet their business objectives.
