ASIC and APRA consult on FAR | Intensifying the spotlight on bank directors and senior executives

On 20 July 2023, the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and the Australian Securities Investment Commission (ASIC) released materials for consultation, to support the implementation of the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) (see the joint media release here on APRA’s website and
