In this edition of Gilbert + Tobin's Corporate Advisory Update, we focus on key legal developments over the last month which are particularly relevant to in-house counsel. Greenwashing: Senate inquiry announced  On 29 March 2023, the Senate referred the issue of greenwashing for inquiry and report. The Senate is due to report by 5 December 2023 and submissions are due by 8 June 2023.
