G+T has advised Capricorn Society Limited (Capricorn), Australasia’s largest automotive cooperative, on its strategic acquisition of Recruitment Innovations trading as Australian Skilled Migration (ASM), by way of a share purchase agreement.
This key acquisition will allow Capricorn to leverage ASM’s recruitment and migrations business that connects Australian businesses with skilled overseas workers and manages the employer-sponsored visa process.
With automotive skills shortages remaining a key concern for Capricorn’s members, ASM will support Capricorn in sourcing highly skilled international labour, helping to ensure the continued success of Capricorn’s network of members.
