The transactions involves the sale of approximately 500 Australian fuel and convenience sites and marks EG Group’s strategic exit from the Australian market. Proceeds from the deal will support EG Group’s broader plan to streamline operations and reduce global debt. The transaction is subject to ACCC clearance (amongst other conditions).
