This tailored financing solution - delivered through KKR’s Asia Pacific Credit platform - will empower Family Doctor to pursue bold growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, while maintaining doctor ownership and control.
The transaction was spearheaded by Partner Robert Trowbridge, with key support from lawyers Alana Maloney and Abi Vaseeharan.
