The capital raising will support Megaport’s push into software-provisioned and automated GPU, CPU, network, storage, data centre space and power infrastructure, as demand for AI, cloud and compute capacity continues to grow at pace. The raising follows Megaport’s acquisition of Latitude.sh, a global Compute-as-a-Service provider. G+T also advised Megaport on that transaction and its associated capital raising.
