The transaction brings together two high-growth technology platforms, significantly enhancing NinjaOne’s ability to provide comprehensive IT resilience and backup solutions. The integration will bolster protection against cyber threats, including ransomware, while supporting day-to-day IT needs such as accidental deletion and data archiving for legal and compliance.

The transaction was signed on 28 January 2025 and completed on 30 May 2025.
