Gilbert + Tobin has announced the evolution of its leadership model following Danny Gilbert’s decision to transition from Managing Partner to a new role.
From July 2023, Danny Gilbert will transition from Managing Partner to Chairman.
Current partner and Chief Operating Officer, Sam Nickless, will become Chief Executive Officer and partner and Board Member Tim Gordon, will become Executive Partner, in addition to his continuing Corporate Advisory practice.
Danny, Sam and Tim will work closely with partners to continue to grow the performance and standing of the firm in the Australian market and in the Australian community more generally.
Long-term partner Bill Spain will continue as a Board Member and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
