Ben is a seasoned M&A lawyer with significant experience advising on complex real assets deals and infrastructure projects. This includes domestic and international deals, most recently working as a trusted in-house adviser to a leading global asset manager. Ben has acted on high-profile transactions for a broad client base, including global sponsors, government entities, developers and major corporates.
His addition reinforces G+T’s commitment to be at the forefront of real assets M&A, expanding the firm’s capacity to deliver commercially strategic advice in a sector shaped by complexity, capital and long-term value creation.
