G+T has teamed up with Latham & Watkins to advise PAI Partners, a pre-eminent private equity firm, on the Australian aspects of its majority investment in ECF Group, alongside the reinvestment by Naxicap Partners (former sponsor) and the management team.

The proposed transaction, which is subject to the fulfillment of customary closing conditions, including the information and consultation of works councils and other regulatory approvals, is expected to be completed in the course of 2023. G+T is pleased to have advised PAI Partners on this significant transaction.
G+T’s market-leading Corporate Advisory team was led by Corporate Advisory partner David Josselsohn and senior lawyer Muli Zhou, with support from lawyers Matthew Pope, Kim Nguyen and Karla Jeffrey. The Corporate Advisory team was also supported by specialists throughout the firm.
