Gilbert + Tobin has advised longstanding client Liverpool Partners in connection with its acquisition of the Coloured Lines business.

Coloured Lines is a unified communications service provider for mid-market enterprises offering integration and managed services expertise across the Microsoft stack including Microsoft Teams, telephony solutions including inbound and outbound carriage services, voice network and switching infrastructure and other advanced voice tech services including call centre software. The acquisition of Coloured Lines complements the existing Liverpool Partners portfolio company services that are offered in this space under the Orro Group, including agile cloud, managed IT, networking and cyber security services.
