G+T is pleased to announce the appointment of Jamie Guthrie as Partner in its Energy, Resources and Infrastructure group. Based in Sydney, Jamie brings more than 13 years of experience advising on the financing and development of major energy and critical infrastructure projects in Australia and internationally.
Jamie is a highly regarded energy finance expert and has advised on some of Australia’s most significant renewables transactions. He advises sponsors, financiers and government agencies on the structuring and financing of investments in utility-scale renewables projects including solar, wind, battery storage, pumped hydro, waste-to-energy and hydrogen.
Jamie has significant international experience having practised in London, São Paulo and Sydney. His deep knowledge covers a range of financing structures including commercial debt, multi-source, export credit, multilateral and acquisition finance. He is recognised for his commercial acumen, technical strength and deep sector insight.
