Gilbert + Tobin has advised on the sale of a majority stake in Caring Group, to Navis Capital.  The Caring Group was founded in 2015 and is one of the largest providers of in-home and clinical care for seniors and people with dementia or disability in Australia.

The G+T team was led by Corporate Advisory partner Adam Laura, with support from lawyers Thomas Riley and Maria Bletsas. The corporate team was also supported by specialists throughout the firm.
