Mark will join the firm in October after over 20 years of experience at Allens, where he advised on cross-border transactions and major projects across the mining and oil and gas sectors.
Mark works on market-defining transactions across Australia, Asia, the Americas, Africa and Europe, and on project development. His expertise includes joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, offtake, marketing and logistics arrangements, royalties/metals streaming, project development work and associated regulatory advice.
Mark has been closely involved in some of the most complex and creative transactions and projects in the natural resources sector in Australia. His appointment significantly enhances our offering to energy and resources clients, as well as G+T’s reputation for providing innovative and practical solutions, and reflects the firm’s commitment to supporting proponents of large-scale, future-focused projects across the region.
