She advises on a wide range of areas with a particular focus on human rights, anti-discrimination, youth justice and asylum seeker and refugee law. She also advises on estate planning, charities and not-for-profit law and social security law.

Abbey advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in discrimination, the treatment of young persons in custody and First Nations justice. She has experience in complex litigation, conciliation and mediation as well as coronial inquests.
