He advises private equity sponsors, corporates, banks, non-bank lenders, investors and borrowers, with a focus on leveraged and acquisition finance. Adam also acts on a wide range of finance matters, including corporate, property, asset and funds financing transactions.

Adam brings international experience to his practice, having worked on complex financings in Sydney and London. He advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in private capital.
