Akshar is lawyer in our Technology and Intellectual Property group.He advises on complex commercial and technology matters, with a particular focus on technology contracting, private and public sector procurement projects, data protection and regulatory compliance in the online environment.
Akshar supports clients on privacy, cyber security and emerging technology issues, and regularly advises on strategic M&A transactions.
He advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in large-scale IT procurement, technology and digital projects and privacy and cyber security matters.
