Alex is a consultant admitted in England and Wales, not admitted in Australia, in our Banking and Finance group.

He advises on acquisition and leveraged finance as well as corporate finance, infrastructure finance, real estate finance transactions and general corporate lending.

Alex works with clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in private equity investments and bespoke financing solutions.
