Alexandra is a lawyer in our Competition, Consumer and Market Regulation group.She advises on complex mergers and acquisitions, multi-jurisdictional matters and strategic advisory work. Alexandra combines private practice experience at a global law firm in London and senior in-house and commercial roles at a global financial institution, bringing a commercially focused perspective to her advice.
Alexandra advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in financial services, digital platforms and technology.
