She has acted for international and domestic sponsors and investors on matters covering the entire life cycle of a fund including fund marketing, generation and management. She has experience with co-investments, secondaries, separate managed accounts, carried interest arrangements, and more.

She is regularly consulted for her expertise in navigating foreign investment laws including in the structuring of funds and the management of Foreign Investment Review Board matters.
