She has considerable experience advising on litigation within Australia and foreign jurisdictions, including international arbritations and numerous commercial and native disputes in in the District and Supreme Courts of Western Australia, the WA Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Australia as well as appearing in mining matters in the Perth Warden’s Court.
Arabella has also acted for a number of proponents, native title groups, aboriginal corporations and government parties in a number of contentious and non-contentious native title matters, including a number of native matters that involve the creation of new law in this space.
Arabella advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in commercial disputes, native title, Aboriginal heritage and land access.
