Ashan is a lawyer in our Banking and Finance group.He advises borrowers, sponsors and lenders on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including real estate, acquisition, leveraged, syndicated and general corporate finance matters.
Ashan advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in real estate and infrastructure, and private equity.
